Welcome! I'm thrilled you are here and have decided to take your first step towards better health. After years of using nutrition to heal my own body from chronic migraines and inflammation, I decided to take the leap from corporate america to functional nutrition. My goal is to help others use nutrition to manage their weight, health issues and prevent disease.
As a Nutritionist, currently an M.S CNS candidate, I have been where you are and have navigated the frustration of wanting to be healthier but not knowing where exactly to begin.
